Your coach
I coach fourteen people at a time. I know every lift you do, every week you miss, and why you missed it.
Coaching since
2014, after nine years lifting competitively
Qualified
Strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach
Where
A small studio in RiNo, Denver, and online
How I work
Four rules I keep
I've coached for twelve years. These are the things I stopped compromising on.
Size
Fourteen clients, never more
Small enough that I know every lift you do, every week you miss, and why. When a place opens, the waiting list hears first.
Plan
Written down, every week
Your plan changes every Monday from what you sent me on Sunday. Nothing is copied from someone else's block.
Load
Heavy enough to matter
Light weights forever don't change much. We add load when you move well and back off when life says so.
Tone
No shortcuts, no shame
No detoxes, no meal plans, no before-and-after photos. Numbers in a log, and a body that does more.
Every rep, watched.
The studio
Unit 3, 14 Barbell Lane
A small room in RiNo with two racks, a platform and enough space to carry things. Never more than three people training at once.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 6:00–20:00
Saturday 8:00–12:00. Sessions are booked; there is no open gym.
Getting there
Two blocks from 38th & Blake station
Street parking on Barbell Lane, and a bike rack by the door.
Inside
Two racks, a platform, dumbbells to 100 lb
Kettlebells, a sled lane, and a shower and changing room.
Online
Wherever you train
A rack, a barbell and dumbbells are enough. I'll write the plan around what you have.
