Blocks and payment

Studio coaching is sold in twelve-session blocks, paid up front. Online coaching is billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.

Missed sessions

Sessions moved with 24 hours' notice are rescheduled. Later than that, the session is used.

Tell us about any injury or condition before you start. If in doubt, we will ask for a note from your doctor or physio.
