The block
Leah lives on the third floor of a building with no lift and had started planning her shopping around the stairs. Her doctor mentioned bone density at her last check-up; that was enough to book a call.
She trained in the studio once a week and at home twice, with carries, step-ups and deadlifts from a raised bar. We measured progress in the stairwell as much as in the gym.
At twelve weeks she carries 45 lb in each hand for forty metres and takes the shopping up in one trip.
